Abilene Christian’s founders envisioned a school that would prepare teachers, preachers, and professionals to serve frontier congregations. Through the World Bible School, international missions, and graduate programs, ACU contributed to the global expansion of the Stone-Campbell tradition.
The annual Summit lectures (formerly the Bible Lectureship) convene scholars and practitioners to wrestle with unity, justice, and evangelism in contemporary contexts.
